General Booking and Cancellation Conditions, Hotel Rödelheimer Hof in Frankfurt

Standard postings

can be canceled free of charge until 12.00 noon on the day of arrival. Later cancellations may be charged at 90% of the total amount In the event of no-show, we are entitled to charge up to 95% of the total amount.

Group bookings

are reservations of 6 rooms or more. These can be canceled free of charge (outside trade fair times) up to 21 days before arrival, after which we are entitled to charge up to 90 % of the total amount.
Exception: 10 % of the booked rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

Trade fair and long-term bookings

can be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Thereafter we are entitled to charge up to 90% of the total amount. In case of no-show 95 % will be charged.

Trade fair, long-term (10 days or more) and group reservations must generally be made with a valid credit card or a cost transfer from the person making the booking that is recognized by us. After the expiry of the cancellation period, we are entitled to charge up to 30% of the credit card or to issue an advance invoice.

Other provisions

A period of 14 days applies to offers submitted by the hotel. After this period has expired, we are no longer bound by the offer. You are welcome to request a new offer.

Early departures can generally be charged at 90% of the remaining nights.

Booked rooms are available to our guests from 14.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure. (Late check out for an extra charge by arrangement).

Reservations of the seminar room can be canceled up to 14 days before the day of the event. Thereafter, the hotel is entitled to charge up to 90% of the total amount.

All reservations will be confirmed by us in writing with reference to the applicable cancellation conditions. For reservations made via booking portals, the terms and conditions agreed therein shall apply. Deviating agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by the hotel.

Our prices are variable and depend on the booking date.
